As Team Manager, you lead a team of SREs to deliver high‑quality, reliable services for enterprise clients. You drive operational excellence, mentor engineers, and handle escalations, ensuring SLA targets are met. You collaborate with management on metrics, planning, and resource strategy while fostering continuous learning and psychological safety. This role offers strategic impact by tailoring SRE/DevOps to client goals and advancing reliable, scalable infrastructure.

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading technical teams of senior-level SRE/DevOps engineers
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise client relationships and interfacing with high-level stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication, ability to translate technical and strategic goals for executives and engineers
• Resilience under pressure with strong crisis management and escalation skills
• Proven SRE/DevOps mindset with focus on CI/CD, release management, deployment automation, scalability, and reliability
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and IaC tools, especially Terraform
• Solid knowledge of microservices, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), networking, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Hands-on experience with PKI, service mesh, and Linux system administration
