In this role you will shape and implement regional media strategies across markets, collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams to drive media performance and digital transformation. You’ll integrate Retail Media and emerging channels, harness AI and automation to improve planning, reporting and ROAS. You work in a dynamic, international environment with a focus on data-driven decisions and innovative marketing technology. This is an opportunity to impact how Ferrero plans and measures media across regions.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Coordinate regional media planning processes and guidelines across brands, countries and stakeholders
• Collaborate with media agencies to execute campaigns and share best practices
• Prepare media investment analyses, performance reviews and strategic recommendations
• Integrate Retail Media, OOH and emerging channels into broader media frameworks with clear measurement




• Monitor campaigns and evaluate results using analytics, dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Support cross-functional teams (Marketing, Commercial, Procurement, Digital) on opportunities and innovative projects

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Media Planning, Campaign Management, Digital Media, Performance Marketing or Marketing Analytics
• Solid understanding of Media Strategy, reporting tools, performance measurement and media optimization methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfort with data-driven decision making
• Exposure to Retail Media, Programmatic Advertising, Media Governance or Consumer Insights (advantage)
