This role offers long-term career growth and the opportunity to shape the implementation of innovative vehicle platforms.All applicants must be eligible to work in Spain.Responsibilities / What you will do- Lead and support the deployment of new software and hardware applications, with emphasis on integration and advanced alloy manufacturing workflows.- Characterise and optimise application performance (e.G., reliability, user efficiency, thermal performance, and system compatibility).- Conduct experimental testing and analysis of application feedstocks and integrated systems.- Collaborate with process engineers and design teams to ensure application performance aligns with end-use applications.- Develop and maintain technical databases, test standards,



and qualification processes for new applications.- Support R&D projects, contributing to technical reports, publications, and presentations for clients.- Stay current with emerging applications, technologies, and industry standards in related manufacturing methods.Experience / Who you are- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.- Proven experience in technical applications development or systems engineering within a manufacturing context.- Strong background in physical and functional characterisation (mechanical, thermal, or system analysis).- Hands-on experience with testing techniques and validation tools for complex engineering systems.- Ability to design and execute experiments, interpret data, and draw actionable conclusions for stakeholders.- Proficiency in technical reporting and the ability to communicate results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Knowledge of how applications interact with design (DfAM) and material-process behaviors.- Familiarity with simulation tools (FEA) or engineering software for testing application behavior.- Experience with quality systems and qualification frameworks, such as aerospace or automotive standards#J-18808-Ljbffr
