Experteer Overview In this Tax Manager role, you drive global tax compliance and strategy for Fever as a high-growth tech platform in culture and live entertainment. You lead the tax team, own calendars across direct and indirect taxes, and collaborate with Finance and external advisors to optimize processes. You will navigate European tax landscapes, assess risks and opportunities, and support audits and transactions with senior management. - Lead and develop a growing tax team
- Own and manage the comprehensive tax calendar for direct and indirect taxes across all jurisdictions
- Coordinate and review indirect and direct tax compliance processes
- Research and analyse indirect and direct tax matters and provide tailored advice
- Identify risks and potential tax planning opportunities
- Determine uncertain tax exposures and manage taxation provisioning
- Collaborate with third-party service providers as required
- Work with Finance u0026 Accounting teams to ensure knowledge and application of taxation laws




- Support indirect and direct tax audits/inquiries from tax authorities
- Prepare applications for taxation rulings, incentives and exemptions
- Advise senior management on taxation risks and transaction structures concerning acquisitions
- Contribute to improvements and solutions of tax processesResponsabilidades
- At least 5 years of relevant senior experience in taxation with a focus on the EMEA region (Spain, Portugal, UK, France)
- Proven experience managing, mentoring, or leading team members
- Solid experience establishing and monitoring tax calendars for direct and indirect taxes
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Law, or Tax
- Finance-oriented mindset with tax knowledge across multiple European jurisdictions
- Proficient Excel user
- Detail-oriented, organized with strong project management skills
