This is anoperational full‑time position (40 hours per week)offered on apermanent contract, withrotating shifts according to hotel needs, includingevenings, weekends, and public holidays. You will work closely with theFront Office, Concierge, and other hotel departments, contributing to efficient daily operations and a positive guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesGreeting guests promptly upon arrival with a friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanorAssisting guests with luggage during arrival, departure, and room changesEscorting guests to their rooms when required, providing clear information about:Hotel facilities and servicesRestaurants and amenitiesSafety procedures and general hotel informationAssisting guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis and other servicesMaintaining cleanliness, order, and a welcoming appearance in the lobby, entrance, and driveway areasProviding assistance to guests with special needs, ensuring comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout their stayCollaborating closely with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping,
