In this senior leadership role, you’ll steer the data science roadmap for the Client Experience Digital Platform, shaping hyper-personalized user experiences. You will guide cross-functional collaboration to deliver AI-powered features like personalization, recommendations, and GenAI chatbots at scale. Your work will influence product strategy and enterprise AI integration, driving measurable business impact. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead the data science roadmap for personalization, recommendation systems, and GenAI chatbot development
• Architect AI-powered chatbot systems and enterprise AI agent integration with MCP servers
• Apply transformer-based models and LLMs to improve relevance, search, personalization, and scalable GenAI solutions
• Model client priorities and engagement signals using internal and external data to drive targeted support
• Collaborate with engineering, product, UX, and business leaders to prioritize ideas, launch MVPs, and deliver business value
• Lead a team of data scientists, improving accuracy, latency, scalability, and MLOps practices
• Translate quantitative analysis into actionable, high-impact strategies and present roadmaps to senior leadership
• Stay current with AI/ML advancements (LLMs, conversational AI,



transformer architectures) and apply them to the platform

Responsabilidades
• 8-12 years in data science, ML, or AI with at least 3 years of people management
• Master’s Degree or PhD in a quantitative field
• Proven leadership in personalization, recommendations, search/ranking, conversational AI, and GenAI with transformers/LLMs
• Experience translating business priorities into technical roadmaps and delivering production ML systems
• Strong communication skills to influence executives and articulate value
• Deep expertise in ML lifecycle, Lean product principles, MLOps, experimentation, and production recommender/GenAI systems
• Proficiency with Python and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, NLTK, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain); SQL/Oracle; NoSQL/MongoDB; vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate); Spark; Linux; cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML)
• Experience with LLMs, conversational AI, NLP, search/recommendation systems, prompt engineering/LLM optimization, AI agent architectures
• Collaborative leadership with bias for action and client outcomes
