Experteer Overview In this role you drive the expansion of Freenow by Lyft’s Dispatch tool among SME taxi companies in Spain, turning traditional fleets into connected partners. You will work closely with Product and Strategy to capture on-the-ground feedback and help co-build a scalable solution. You’ll navigate change with operators and dispatchers, while managing a B2B pipeline and sustaining long-term partner relationships. Expect significant travel as you engage partners where they operate, contributing to Freenow’s European taxi digitalization mission.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Prospect and engage SME taxi companies in Spain
- Pitch and convert fleets to Freenow Dispatch
- Guide partners through operational change and onboarding
- Gather partner feedback for product and strategy teams
- Own and manage end-to-end onboarding and ongoing account management




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful launches
- Maintain relationships post-onboarding to ensure satisfactionResponsabilidades
- 3–5 years in B2B business development, sales or account management
- Experience in mobility, logistics, or selling SaaS to SMEs (valued)
- Proven track record in managing a B2B pipeline and handling objections
- Strong communication to build trust and relationships
- Ability to understand partner operations at process level
- Willingness to travel up to 40–50%
