Experteer Overview As a Medior Product Designer at VML, you will design end-to-end digital products and high-performing email campaigns for iconic general brands. You’ll work within the Experience Design team to translate insights into intuitive interfaces, while collaborating with strategists, developers and product owners. You’ll lead design across apps, web, and email, shaping scalable design systems and ensuring accessibility and responsiveness. - 3–5 years of experience in digital design, UX, or product design (agency or in-house)
- Right to work in Spain; located in Barcelona
- Compelling portfolio demonstrating problem-to-solution process across wireframes, prototypes and UI designs
- Proficiency with modern design tools, especially Figma
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design
- Experience designing for email clients (layouts, media queries, rendering) is a plus
- Proactive attitude with interest in AI and emerging design technologies
