Investigate the security of practical implementations of quantum key distribution ProtocolsFunctions to be performed:- Read scientific literature in the field of quantum communication and quantum key distribution (QKD) systems.- Develop both analytical and numerical security tests of quantum key distribution protocols with a partial characterisation of the behaviour of their devices.- Perform numerical simulations on the performance (i.E. secret key rate versus distance) of these systems.- Participate in seminars and scientific meetings.- Write scientific articles.Required qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or similarGross monthly salary: 2.250,00 € (including the apportionments of extra payments)#J-18808-Ljbffr
