Experteer Overview
In this role, you will drive meaningful business insights and process improvements within the Corporate Performance u0026amp; ESG unit, enabling data-driven decisions that support strategic goals. You will work with cross-functional teams to map processes, analyze operations, and lead projects that strengthen financial planning and reporting. The position offers exposure to senior management through high-impact analyses and recommendations. You will contribute to the unit’s long-term planning and performance improvements with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

• Perform specialized operations analyses to inform strategic decisions
• Develop and implement sophisticated process analyses and mappings
• Independently identify and drive process improvement initiatives
• Maintain a comprehensive and current record of business operations
• Support key financial administrative tasks for the Business Unit
• Prepare detailed financial reports and budgets




• Contribute to annual and long-term business planning efforts
• Lead and manage specialized and complex projects
• Provide high-level data analysis and present insights to senior management

Responsabilidades
• Expertise in detailed data analysis and generating meaningful business insights
• Proficiency in advanced process analysis and evaluation
• Strong capability in financial reporting, budgeting, and planning
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Ability to lead specialized projects independently
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, and R
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations and trends
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
