Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead IT procurement, category management and contract governance to enable Lightsource bp’s integral growth and digital transformation. You will work cross-functionally to optimize costs, mitigate risks, and drive supplier innovation in software, hardware, cloud, and IT services. You will own contract lifecycles, develop category strategies, and ensure governance and compliance. This role offers the chance to shape procurement practices at a fast-growing renewable energy leader and contribute to sustainable, responsible project delivery at scale.

• Own the full IT contract lifecycle with governance and commercial value
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business priorities
• Lead sourcing activities: requirements gathering, RFx, vendor selection, negotiation, onboarding
• Build and maintain strategic IT supplier relationships and act as trusted advisor
• Draft and negotiate contracts for software, hardware, IT services, and outsourcing
• Maintain centralized contract registers for accuracy and accessibility
• Ensure supplier obligations and procurement policy compliance

• Provide commercial risk management and escalate disputes as needed
• Monitor supplier performance via KPIs and governance meetings with spend analytics

Responsabilidades
• Strong IT procurement expertise across hardware, software, cloud, and outsourcing
• Proven track record negotiating complex IT contracts and vendor management
• Experience delivering cost savings and improving procurement processes
• Knowledge of software licensing models and commercial terms
• Ability to develop and implement category strategies and procurement policies
• Experience driving cost-saving targets, compliance and supplier performance KPIs
• Experience partnering with Finance on budgeting and forecasting
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven decision making and category analytics
• Change management and leadership capabilities
