Experteer Overview In this role you will be the OneStream expert and primary FPu0026amp; A systems owner, enabling reliable financial data, dashboards, and planning processes. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to support budgets, forecasts, and management reporting within a scalable data framework. You drive system improvements, data governance, and automation to deliver timely insights for decision-making. The opportunity combines finance, analytics, and technology to impact the company’s planning, reporting, and controls. - Own administration and continuous improvement of the OneStream platform (metadata, workflows, reporting solutions, configurations)
- Manage user security, roles, access provisioning, and periodic access reviews per internal controls and SOX
- Maintain dashboards, Cube Views, reporting packages, business rules, and workflow processes
- Support close, forecasting, and planning cycles within OneStream
- Partner with IT and vendors to troubleshoot, upgrade, and deliver enhancements
- Drive process automation to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Develop documentation, training materials, and governance procedures
- Design, develop, and maintain automated management reporting and KPI dashboards
- Own reporting and governance for key financial and operational metrics




- Deliver standardized executive reporting packages and insightful analyses
- Ensure reporting consistency across planning, actuals, and management reporting
- Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and simplification
- Provide ad-hoc FPu0026A support including scenario modeling and business cases
- Drive continuous improvement of FPu0026A systems, reporting, and controls
- Support internal audit, SOX, and compliance activities related to financial data controls
- Maintain documentation for key finance processes and reporting methodologies
- Promote best practices for financial data management and governanceResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in FPu0026A, Financial Systems, or Financial Reporting roles
- Hands-on experience administering OneStream or similar EPM platform
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience developing management reporting and executive dashboards
- Proven ability to manage large data sets and complex reporting environments
