Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the Serialisation+ transformation program to deliver end-to-end asset visibility and digital intelligence across the Brambles asset network. You partner with cross-functional teams to align strategy, governance, and delivery, driving change and benefits realization. You manage budgets, vendors, and multi-region resources, shaping how digital operations transform logistics. This hybrid-remote role offers global impact within a sustainability-focused organization.

• Define and drive the program vision, scope and milestones with value drivers
• Develop and oversee the program plan, budget and resource allocation
• Facilitate governance with Steering Committee and Sponsorship Group, capturing decisions and actions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage interdependencies and change risk across programs
• Coach and support Project Managers to deliver aligned outcomes
• Design and implement change management including communications and training
• Establish KPIs, SLAs and benefits realization tracking post-delivery
• Engage vendors and internal partners to ensure compliant, successful rollouts
• Oversee multi-workstream execution (asset serialisation, IoT, data/analytics, integrations)
• Coordinate risk management, budget governance and lessons learned




• Ensure transition to operations and handover to BAU
• Plan for benefit realization and program closure
• Maintain regular stakeholder communications and progress reporting
• Support governance, capacity planning and resource management across the portfolio
• Ensure regulatory, contracting and financial controls across the program

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of program management experience, with online/digital initiatives
• Proven track record delivering complex programs on time and within budget
• Budgeting, financial management, and global resource allocation experience
• Experience in matrix organizations and cross-functional team leadership
• Proficiency with Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies
• Background in digital/online tools and technologies; knowledge of PM methodologies
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to articulate risk, audit and compliance metrics
• Strategic thinking and leadership with ability to inspire teams and stakeholders
• Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Resilience and adaptability in challenging environments
