Senior Data Analyst - Treasury Location: Málaga or Madrid (Spain) – Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week

Ebury’s strategic growth plan would not be possible without our Data Analytics & Reporting team and we are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Treasury domain. This role will help develop and maintain Ebury’s Data Platform and serve it to the whole company, supporting internal decision making, monitoring Treasury positions, regulatory reporting and commercial opportunities globally. You will work with Treasury, Product and Tech teams on projects such as MTM valuations reconciliation, cash operational charges analysis, liquidity analysis, and AI agentic workflows.

Key responsibilities

Work closely with Data Analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Engineering, Treasury and Product teams

Model data in the collaborative data platform to perform critical Treasury data analysis and build reports and reconciliations

Manage end‑to‑end treasury solutions across all jurisdictions, from requirements gathering to delivering reports to stakeholders and auditors

Maintain and build dashboards and visualisations on the data platform using BI tools for Treasury teams to monitor reporting and controls

What we’re looking for





2+ years of experience in Data/Business Analytics – Treasury or Finance experience is a plus

Advanced SQL skills – must read and write complex SQL queries

Experience with modern data stack tools (dbt, GCP BigQuery, DataStudio, Sigma)

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to manage, organise and present data clearly and concisely

Experience working with Python is a plus

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and demanding environment

Track record of working autonomously with good time‑management skills

Fluency in English

Financial Services and Capital Markets experience (FX, Payments, Money Markets, Treasury Management, etc) is a good plus
