Provide expert guidance to ensure the efficient resolution of issues and the continuous improvement of microcontroller test coverage. Apply technical expertise to support Cost Reduction initiatives, including: Test time reduction Test yield improvement Fab site qualification Manufacturing flow transfers from high-cost manufacturing locations to lower-cost sites Perform comprehensive analysis of customer returns and generate detailed failure analysis reports. Support product derivative bring-up from the existing product portfolio to enable New Sales Opportunities (NSO). Define and implement test program improvements to enhance product quality, test efficiency, and manufacturing performance when required.



Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.5+ years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor, electronics, or a related industry. Programming proficiency in: CC++Perl Python Demonstrated track record of strong performance, with the ability to provide examples of effective problem-solving and successful project outcomes. Strong initiative and eagerness to take on challenges, with excellent time management skills to meet project timelines and expectations.
