Experteer Overview In this role you will operationalize and scale the Allianz Technology Data Governance framework across integral domains, acting as the backbone for governance delivery. You will coordinate governance and data quality activities, ensuring timely execution in a regulated setting. You will lead the Data Governance operations team day-to-day and partner with risk, compliance, audit and technology stakeholders to drive accountability. You will establish KPIs and reporting to increase transparency and drive continuous improvement, ultimately enabling data governance to become a trusted business enabler.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead operational execution of the Data Governance framework across all domains

KPIs and continuous improvement initiativesResponsabilidades
- 8+ years in Data Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Controls or Program Management
- Strong understanding of data ownership, metadata management, governance controls and data accountability
- Experience leading distributed teams and managing cross-functional initiatives
- Stakeholder management, communication and delivery management skills
- Analytical capabilities with experience in reporting and operational performance
- Experience with data governance/workflow tools (e.G., Informatica IDMC, Databricks Unity Catalog, Power BI, JIRA/Confluence) and process automation is a plus
- Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical useRequisitos principales
