As part of our growth, we are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support our Account Manager in the commercial and operational development of our clients, particularly in Spain and Portugal.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Communications1 to 2 years of experience in marketing or commercial roles, ideally in the beauty/luxury sectorAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with rigor and autonomyStrong interpersonal skills, customer focused mindset, and team spiritMeticulous, organized, and detail focusedCommitment to service excellence is essentialPassion for the luxury and beauty industryFluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus.Your responsibilities:You will assist the Account Manager in the operational and commercial follow up of brands,



coordinating with internal teams and retailers. You will support the execution of marketing operations and help maintain fluid communication between all stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:Supporting brand management through continuous sell out monitoring to track performance and identify opportunities.Assisting the Account Manager in developing the trade marketing plan in collaboration with retailers and brand teams.Preparing regular reports on commercial performance and field activitiesCoordinating the operational work involved in registering new brands and products to enrich the portfolioDaily collaboration with the Account Manager and partner brands to ensure proper execution of strategiesLocation:Madrid - hybrid (remote and in-office)Status:Self-employed
