- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of software engineering experience across the full SDLC
- Strong C#, .NET, and desktop app development (WPF a plus)
- Solid understanding of SOLID, clean architecture, scalable design
- Experience with design patterns, maintainable code, code reviews, unit tests
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and collaborative workflows
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and distributed systems
- Experience with modern front-end tech, especially React
- Strong problem-solving, ownership mindset, and communication
