Experteer Overview
As part of Santander CIB, you will structure and execute structured trade receivables transactions globally, balancing risk and growth across geographies. You’ll support origination, risk approvals, and legal negotiations with diverse stakeholders. The role includes developing new products and driving strategic projects, including collaborations with Private Equity to originate, structure, and close deals. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Structure and execute structured trade receivables deals across geographies
• Assist in origination of structured trade receivables transactions
• Support risk approval processes and negotiate legal documentation with stakeholders
• Develop new products within the trade receivables franchise
• Support strategic investment projects, including origination, structuring and execution for Private Equity




• Coordinate with brokers and insurance companies during transaction execution

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in trade receivables portfolio analysis or related banking/insurance experience
• Experience in credit underwriting; desirable familiarity with trade credit insurance policies
• Solid understanding of trade receivables products and securitization documentation
• Education in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields
• Languages: Spanish and English (required); third language beneficial
