In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Working closely with internal departments, you will coordinate solutions, maintain accurate data, and support the efficient handling of day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities- Provide telephone and online support to customers, as well as internal support to the Customer Service team- Investigate customer requests and complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution- Process information received through email and verbal communications accurately and efficiently- Maintain and update customer and order information in company systems, including manual order entryRelevant Experience and Skills- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Administration- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Outlook- Knowledge of Oracle R12, Incoterms, payment terms, and CRM systems is considered an advantage- Proficiency level of English is required. Additional language skills are highly valued (especially German or Dutch)- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively- Flexible and adaptable,
