Experteer Overview In this role you shape and evolve the Digital Assets ecosystem to support global and regional commercial goals. You act as a bridge between Business, Technology and external partners to ensure platforms meet priorities, regulatory needs and long-term strategy. You lead end-to-end digital operating models, drive adoption, and align platforms with cross-functional processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to define operating plans and oversee global initiatives that impact multiple markets. - Act as System Owner for assigned digital platforms and align priorities with governance and platform evolution
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to anticipate needs and shape digital operating models
- Maximize business value of digital solutions through best practices and cross-market adoption
- Define how platforms support end-to-end business processes across commercial, medical, regulatory and compliance
- Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure scalability and alignment with future digital engagement models
- Oversee IT service delivery for Digital Assets across DevOps cycle (monitoring, testing, development management)
- Gather and prioritize demand from Business Process Owners; drive requirements translation to technical specs




- Simplify and verify requirements throughout project lifecycle to protect business and user needs
- Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer to outsourced maintenance providers
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure correct implementation of business requirements
- Lead meetings and workshops to align stakeholders and secure agreement across complex environments
- Manage external partners and suppliers to ensure quality delivery and alignment with objectives
- Define strategic operating plans for Digital Assets covering people, processes, tools, governance and technology
- Influence prioritization, governance and roadmap decisions with senior commercial stakeholders
- Lead global initiatives and international programs across markets and providersResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of experience in IT application development and process design
- Proven track record in leading global or international digital initiatives
- Experience translating business needs into scalable digital solutions aligned with commercial goals
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical commercial, medical and regulatory processes
- Experience with demand management and project management in agile environments
- Strong stakeholder management and governance capabilities in international settings
- Experience using Jira Software for demand and project management
- Languages: Spanish and English proficiency
