As Chapter Chief of Staff for Strategy u0026amp; Solutions and Enablement in Global Procurement, you will empower Chapter Heads and leadership teams with strategic support, governance, and execution across chapters. You’ll drive agenda setting, project steering, budget planning, and people topics, while aligning chapter strategy with Roche’s procurement and network goals. Your role focuses on facilitation, stakeholder influence, and cross-chapter coordination to enable high performance and continuous improvement in a global healthcare context.

• Serve as the main business and management support to Chapter Heads, producing presentations, memos, and strategy content
• Own and implement chapter leadership team agendas and support high-priority tasks and projects
• Align chapter strategy with Integral Procurement and Network strategies
• Lead strategic projects of moderate complexity and risk
• Drive annual budget planning and forecasting for the Chapter with leadership
• Coordinate staffing, talent management, performance goals, and recruitment tracking
• Promote cross-Chapter processes and standardized procurement practices with GPLB

• Support creation of a high-performing, engaged organizational culture

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in procurement, supply chain, management consulting, or related experience
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts and influence senior stakeholders
• Excellent presentation skills with storyboarding and content translation for diverse audiences
• Strong business acumen in finance, strategic planning, organisational development, and benchmarking
• Ability to navigate a large, global organization and deliver value across decentralised decision-making
• Curiosity, active listening, experimentation mindset, and continuous learning
• Open-minded, inclusive, and collaborative with receptiveness to feedback
• Business-level English competent
