In this Salesforce Consultant role, you will translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions and help drive client success. You’ll design and implement multi-cloud configurations, estimate project effort, and ensure quality standards across delivery. You will work closely with Omega teams and clients to validate requirements and optimize performance. This client-facing position offers growth within a leading CXM group that values innovation and collaboration.

Responsabilidades
• English proficiency (full professional)
• +4 years of Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting experience
• Hands-on experience with multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
• Ability to act as a functional liaison between clients and technical teams
• Experience working with Agile/SCRUM delivery
