You’ll work with cross-functional teams to map Celonis into client tech stacks, build business cases, and guide Transformation programs. Your AI fluency will drive rapid outputs and feasible solutions, while stakeholder engagement secures adoption across organizations. - Identify operational improvement opportunities and map Celonis into the customer’s technology stack
- Build initial business cases and support value workshops to pinpoint process enhancements
- Engage project managers and middle management to sustain momentum and support change management
- Assist in executing transformation programs and track milestones using AI-driven project management workflows
- Act as an AI-fluent operator collaborating with solution builders and driving end-to-end value realization

- 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, value engineering, or enterprise software
- Foundational background in enterprise IT, SaaS, or business software (e.G., SAP)
- AI-fluent with ability to generate technical outputs and partner with technical teams
- Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, customer-value-driven mindset
- Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies and value realization focus
- Experience managing milestones and presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- Flawless English and Italian communication skills
- Foundational understanding of Finance/Supply Chain domains or targeted industries
- Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related technical degree or Business/Economics with a technical minorRequisitos principales
