About the Role You will play a crucial role in ensuring our most promising innovation projects transition smoothly from early development stages into successful IT implementation and value realization. Your mission: facilitate early IT involvement in innovative initiatives, identify architectural and capability gaps, and help align project requirements with our IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between Innovation and IT teams.

Engage early in the innovation process to gather essential information and anticipate IT needs.

Conduct high-level gap analyses regarding architecture and IT capabilities.

Translate business and innovation requirements into actionable IT strategies.

Support operational handover by reducing friction and enabling faster time-to-market.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business, innovation, and IT.

What We're Looking For:

Broad understanding of modern IT architectures, platforms, and AI concepts.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to grasp innovative business models and translate them into technical needs.

A pragmatic mindset with the ability to navigate both technical and business environments.

Experience in IT, digital transformation,



or innovation projects is a plus, but deep technical expertise is not required.

Advanced English level.
