Requirements

- Native or bilingual proficiency in German.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
- 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (e.g., BDR, SDR, call center, outbound prospecting).
- Mandatory residence in Spain.
- Comfortable with cold-calling and strong KPI/metrics orientation.
- Availability aligned with US time zone.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close.
- Conduct client meetings and manage free trials.
- Handle account handover to Customer Experience post-subscription.
- Manage a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day, with leads auto-assigned by the system.
- Achieve KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated.

- Comprehensive training provided for approximately 4 weeks during the first month, fully on‑site in Madrid.
- This is a permanent contract position.
