Your role As

Social Media Executive & Content Creator , you will be responsible for shaping and bringing the Nômade Temple Madrid brand to life across our digital channels. We are looking for a creative storyteller with a strong visual eye, aesthetic sensitivity, and a passion for premium content.

You will define, create, produce, and manage content that inspires, connects with our community, and reflects the unique identity of Nômade Temple Madrid. This role combines creativity, strategy, and flawless execution, requiring someone who not only follows trends but also creates them.

The idóneo candidate will combine creative vision with technical expertise in photography, videography, editing, and social media management, while having a deep understanding of digital culture, luxury hospitality, and lifestyle brands.

What you will do:

Develop and execute the content strategy for Nômade Temple Madrid and its different spaces, ensuring consistent communication aligned with the brand identity

Plan and manage the editorial calendar across all digital platforms

Create high-quality visual content, including photography, video, Reels, Stories, and native social media formats

Independently produce, film, and edit content using both professional cameras and mobile devices

Capture live content during events, openings, brand activations, wellness experiences, gastronomic moments, and other key hotel activities

Manage the hotel's Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms, adapting content to each channel's audience and format

Generate fresh creative concepts, campaigns,



and content ideas that strengthen the brand's digital presence

Monitor digital trends, cultural movements, and emerging formats to ensure an innovative and relevant content strategy

Coordinate collaborations with influencers, content creators, media partners, and brand ambassadors, supporting both planning and execution

Collaborate with all hotel departments to identify storytelling opportunities and showcase the hotel's experiences, events, gastronomy, wellness offerings, and services

Track content performance through analytics and insights, continuously optimizing the social media strategy

Ensure every piece of content reflects the visual identity, tone of voice, and premium positioning of Nômade Temple Madrid

Who we’re looking for:

Creative professional with a passion for storytelling, luxury hospitality, and digital content

Strong visual eye with exceptional aesthetic judgment and attention to detail

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently

Curious, innovative, and constantly seeking new creative opportunities

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Results-oriented with a strong understanding of audience engagement and digital performance

Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment

Requirements:

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in social media management and content creation for hospitality, lifestyle, gastronomy, design, fashion, or premium brands





A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality content created for brands with a distinctive visual identity

Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital platforms

Proven experience in photography, videography, and content editing for social media

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro), CapCut, or equivalent editing tools

Experience using Meta Business Suite, content planning platforms, and analytics tools

Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills

Fluent English is essential; additional languages are considered an advantage

Ability to work independently, stay organized, and thrive in a dynamic environment

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the initiative to develop original content ideas

Previous experience within luxury hotels, restaurants, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium brands will be highly valued

Experience collaborating with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors is an advantage

Knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads will be considered a plus

Basic graphic design and motion graphics skills are desirable

Strong ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into engaging content aligned with the brand identity

Valid EU / Spain work permit
