In this role you lead regional HSE programs to ensure safe, compliant operations across manufacturing sites. You align regional practices with integral standards and drive continuous HSE improvements. You will assess risks, oversee implementation of management systems, and foster a proactive safety culture with cross-functional teams. This is a chance to shape safety strategy at scale within a global renewable energy leader.

Responsabilidades
• 2 to 5 years of direct HSE experience in industrial/manufacturing settings
• Technical background/engineering degree or solid foundation in occupational risk prevention
• High level of English (written and spoken)
• Extensive operational, on-the-ground experience
• Thorough understanding of national HSE regulations and safety standards
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) or HSE
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification (desirable)
• Mobility for regional/territorial travel
