Experteer Overview As Senior End User Experience Manager, you will lead Nexthink’s integral EUE team to modernize internal IT support. You drive the end-to-end IT Workplace experience, including devices, remote office infrastructure, and beyond, while scaling an AI-augmented support model. You will champion adoption of Spark and our AI-powered ITSM platform, collaborating with Engineering and Product to shape in-development solutions. You ensure security and compliance within a certified environment and act as the internal advocate for Nexthink’s DEX platform. This role offers high impact by turning internal IT into a reference for excellent DEX.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Lead a 9-person, multi-country EUE team across five countries
- Own the full IT Workplace experience end-to-end (devices, peripherals, remote office infrastructure)
- Drive adoption of Spark (AI-powered personal IT agent) and AI-powered ITSM platform
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams during development of in-house platforms
- Embed security and compliance into IT operations, aligned with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II
- Act as internal champion and user of Nexthink's DEX platform,

- Manage budget including tooling, vendor contracts, and team resourcing
- Report to Senior IT Director and influence stakeholders across engineering, product, and leadershipResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of hands-on people management, preferably with distributed/global teams
- Experience managing IT end-user support or workplace technology at scale
- Strong interest and hands-on experience in automation and AI-driven support tooling
- Enthusiasm for Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and willingness to be an internal user and advocate
- Comfort with in-development products and ability to provide structured operational feedback
- Analytical mindset with experience using data, SLAs, and KPIs to drive decisions
- Exposure to ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 Type II frameworks and understanding of EUC controls
- ITIL certification
- University degree
- Native Spanish speaker with professional-level English (written and spoken)
