Experteer Overview
In this role you will advance entity resolution at scale using ML, embeddings, and LLMs within Bain's Coro data/AI suite. You’ll work with data scientists, data engineers, and software engineers to experiment, measure impact, and translate strong ideas into scalable production solutions. You’ll tackle complex, messy data and drive model quality in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. This is a mission-driven opportunity to shape scalable AI approaches for B2B data at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and evaluate ML, embedding, and LLM-based entity resolution approaches
• Improve handling of complex data: name variations, aliases, domains, websites, firmographics, multilingual records
• Design scoring/ranking to differentiate true matches from lookalikes and duplicates
• Evaluate AI techniques balancing accuracy, scalability, and cost




• Create scalable, production-ready matching solutions and identify value-add where needed

Responsabilidades
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in applied data science or ML
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with embeddings, semantic similarity, and LLMs
• Experience training supervised and unsupervised models (classification, NLP)
• Knowledge of neural networks and transformer architectures
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or PyCaret
• Experience retraining taxonomy classifiers or maintaining production models
• Strong experimental judgment and ability to explain model behavior to stakeholders
