Experteer Overview As a Senior Software Engineer, you will shape scalable, API-first platforms and AI-native features that support carbon accounting, ESG data collection, and sustainability planning. You’ll lead design and implementation, guide architecture, and own reliability and performance across front-end and back-end. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Platform teams to solve customer pain points with elegant, scalable solutions. - Design, architect, and implement scalable APIs, services, and accessible UIs
- Deliver AI-native features across front-end and back-end for sustainability-related capabilities
- Evolve platform to modular, event-driven, API-first components

- Delivering secure, observable production software with good quality
- Ability to lead technical design discussions and influence architecture
