Experteer Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will shape scalable, API-first platforms and AI-native features that support carbon accounting, ESG data collection, and sustainability planning. You’ll lead design and implementation, guide architecture, and own reliability and performance across front-end and back-end. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, and Platform teams to solve customer pain points with elegant, scalable solutions. This role offers the chance to impact industrial decarbonization through cloud-native systems while collaborating in a adaptable, inclusive environment.

Responsabilidades
• Full stack software engineering experience across front-end and back-end
• Front-end proficiency with React or similar frameworks
• Back-end experience, ideally GoLang or similar languages
• Experience designing scalable APIs and cloud-native apps
• Strong DevOps understanding: CI/CD, monitoring, incident response
• Delivering secure, observable production software with good quality
• Ability to lead technical design discussions and influence architecture
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication
