Experteer Overview In this role you lead Hitachi Energy’s Europe SCM efforts, directing a 100+ team and USD 1.3B spend to drive sourcing excellence, supplier performance, and sustainability. You will align regional strategies with global SCM goals and partner with engineering, projects, and cross-functional teams to improve cost, quality, delivery, and supplier reliability. You’ll promote standard processes, digital tools, and supplier audits to scale operations and enable sustainable growth. - Lead HUB sourcing and spend management strategies aligned with global SCM objectives
- Drive regional supply chain performance across cost, quality, delivery, and supplier reliability
- Sponsor and support Global and Regional Category Teams with cross-functional collaboration
- Deliver annual targets for cost reduction, supplier quality, delivery, sustainability, and material compliance
- Standardize SCM processes and best practices and drive stakeholder communication
- Promote utilization of digital SCM tools to enhance efficiency and scalability




- Ensure implementation of sustainability standards, Supplier Code of Conduct, and supplier audits
- Develop organizational capability through talent management and leadership developmentResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, SCM, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of supply chain leadership experience in an industrial/project-driven environment (EPC)
- Strong knowledge of sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and end-to-end supply chain operations
- Technical understanding of power transmission and distribution technologies (desirable)
- Proven experience leading large, geographically distributed, multicultural teams
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management
