Experteer Overview As a Product Engineer at Factorial, you will center AI in the product, shaping multi-agent systems and LLM-enabled features within the Talent Domain. You’ll design high-level architectures that empower HR managers and improve people operations at scale. You’ll own the end-to-end impact of AI features, from hypothesis to deployment and validation in production.
