Experteer Overview
As Principal Engineer in the Integrated Supply Chain, you drive cost optimization, supply resilience, and margin improvement for life-saving medical products. You will lead cross-functional teams across procurement, Ru0026amp;D, quality, and operations to identify opportunities, run structured analyses, and implement solutions that maintain product performance and compliance. Your work shapes strategic sourcing and value engineering across sites in EMEA and APAC. This role offers meaningful impact through engineering leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

• Identify and evaluate total cost optimization opportunities across materials, components, and processes, focusing on insourcing, alternate sourcing, and value engineering
• Perform should-cost, clean-sheet, and teardown analyses
• Lead cross-functional technical teams through project planning and execution using engineering and scientific methods
• Build accurate schedules, coordinate core teams,



and guide technical support groups
• Support change control, validation, and implementation (e.g., cut-in planning)
• Facilitate cross-functional Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, and cost optimization events to generate and prioritize ideas

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field
• Experience in regulated industries (medical, pharma, or automotive) preferred
• Experience leading cross-functional projects end-to-end using structured project management methods
• Strong communication and cross-functional influence skills
• Willingness to travel
