You'll own the early stages of the recruitment process, CV screening, phone screenings, and first-round interviews for engineering profiles, then hand qualified candidates over to our Business Managers for the final stages.This is a role with real growth potential: as you build track record, you'll take on more responsibility, eventually stepping into a senior recruiter position with ownership of KPI monitoring, process improvement, performance measurement,



and input into business decisions.What you'll doManage the full early-stage recruitment funnel for engineering roles: CV screening, phone screens, and first-round interviewsAssess technical and cultural fit before handing candidates to Business ManagersKeep candidate pipelines and CRM data accurate and up to dateBuild sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill engineering profilesAs you grow into the role: monitor recruitment KPIs, propose and implement process improvements, and support hiring decisions with dataWhat we're looking forAt least 1 year of experience as an Engineering Recruiter (agency or in-house), ideally within engineering/technical staffingStrong CV screening and interviewing skillsComfortable working with recruitment CRMs/ATSFluent Spanish and good EnglishMotivated to grow into a senior, more strategic role over timeWhat we offerOffice-based for the first 6 months, then 1 remote day/weekClear path to grow into a senior recruiter roleModern offices in the Bernabéu area of Madrid
