Experteer Overview
In this role you will support global operations by administering Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management and related governance processes. You will drive continuous improvement of IRM policies, maintain audit-ready documentation, and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, HR, IT Security, and other stakeholders. You will monitor alerts, conduct investigations, and prepare metrics to track trend activity and process effectiveness. This position offers exposure to enterprise-scale insider risk programs within a leading pharma-adjacent environment and opportunities to shape security and compliance outcomes.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Administer Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management and related processes in line with regulatory and governance requirements
• Continuously improve IRM policies, indicators, thresholds, escalation paths, and documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure auditability of IRM activities and case information
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, HR, IT Security, and other stakeholders to align IRM with governance standards
• Monitor, triage, and document IRM alerts and cases per procedures and escalate with authorized teams
• Support investigation workflows from IRM alerts including evidence collection and log analysis
• Prepare recurring metrics, reports, and status updates on alert trends, case volumes, and process effectiveness
• Drive testing,
validation, change management, and user readiness for new/updated IRM policies and procedures
Responsabilidades
• Experience with Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management, Microsoft 365 compliance solutions, or comparable platforms
• Understanding of insider risk concepts: indicators, policy configuration, alert triage, case management, audit-ready documentation
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 workloads and signals related to insider risk (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Defender)
• Strong privacy-by-design, proportionality, and confidentiality controls (least privilege, RBAC)
• High discretion handling sensitive employee-related matters and confidential information
• Ability to coordinate across general teams and manage multiple stakeholders in time-critical contexts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with emphasis on documentation accuracy and quality
• Proactive, self-directed work style with topic ownership
• English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with eDiscovery or Digital Forensic processes is beneficial
