EMEA Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Supply Chain Manager for a manufacturing site near Barcelona. This is a site based leadership role focused on optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an excellent opportunity to lead a talented team, improve operational efficiencies, and drive cost savings across all Supply Chain activities.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end material planning, inventory management and logistics operations at the site.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead times, capacity utilization, and inventory management.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across site, regional, and central teams to ensure alignment.
- Lead and develop a team, including coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and procurement targets aligned with site objectives.
- Continuously analyze supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions.

Requirements:





- Proven experience in supply chain management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Hands‑on expertise in planning, inventory control, and capacity modelling.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities at all organisational levels.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and experience managing ERP system implementations.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast‑paced environment, showing strong problem‑solving skills.
