PowerCo Battery Spain, S.A.U. is seeking an HR Digital & Compensation Intern to join our team in Valencia starting February 2027.
You will support the compensation function, analyze organizational data, and collaborate with the HR Digital team to improve processes using SuccessFactors. The role targets students enrolled at UPV or UV, offering 20–30 hours per week, a 6-month duration, and a fixed monthly payment aligned with a €6 per hour gross rate.
