Responsibilities
- Provides detailed product and solution information to prospects and client account teams about Enterprise' staffing and recruitment solutions for operational roles, remaining informed about industry trends, competitive positioning, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the local industrial environments.
- Applies working knowledge of the business, financials, services and the market(s) of focus. Ensures all interactions with clients and prospects are accurately recorded in the CRM system by Sales Support, confirming up‑to‑date and complete sales data, supporting the goal of delivering seamless client experiences and enabling efficient tracking of leads and engagements for clients in production‑heavy sectors.
- Prepares marketing and sales materials, including customised presentations and quotes, for client and prospect meetings and pitches to highlight the value and capabilities of Enterprise' expertise in staffing and recruiting for operational roles. Presents portions of the pitch to clients and addresses questions, with a focus on providing efficient staffing solutions for production, logistics, and warehouse management.
- Analyzes client and market data to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for new service offerings.
Supports in mapping out the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities for new business, with a focus on how Enterprise can provide specialised recruitment solutions for roles critical to operational success in one of the target industries such as logistics, manufacturing, warehousing supply chain etc.
- Reaches out proactively to companies, within territory or (operational) industry of focus, where employees have left, as they may have open roles to fill and hence, may need prompt short‑term recruitment solutions to maintain operational continuity.
- Participates in networking events, conferences and seminars within the assigned industry to reach prospective clients.
