Stock / Inventory Warehouse Supervisor (Supervise daily inventory control, cycle counting, and bin quality auditing operations, ensuring complete physical and digital stock synchronization across the fulfillment center. You will directly lead Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) shift Team Leaders and stock specialists, managing cycle count schedules, resolving system-versus-slot discrepancies, and enforcing compliance with the Convenio Colectivo de Logística de Madrid . Crucial Expectations & Performance Targets Inventory Accuracy Execution: Manage shift operations to achieve and maintain top-tier physical and virtual stock accuracy metrics across high-density storage zones via structured, continuous cycle counts. Rapidly investigate and resolve system stock blocks, missing items, or bin mismatches on the floor,



eliminating inventory adjustments and preventing order short-picks. Oversee daily staff scheduling, shift handovers, and operator safety compliance, maintaining high team morale and strict adherence to high-bay aisle and MHE safety protocols (PRL). Establish routine floor audits to check bin hygiene, ensuring items are stowed correctly by operators to prevent physical product damage and optimize warehouse space utilization. Inventory Control & High-Velocity Logistics Competence: Proven operational experience supervising inventory control (ICQA), stock auditing, or cycle counting teams within a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment center, 3PL hub, or retail distribution network. Deep, hands-on experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory tracking paths, RF barcode scanners, and advanced data reporting tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel). Professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory to ensure clear operational alignment with international management and fluent direction of local floor staff. High adaptability regarding shift rotations (including early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts) required to support a 24/7 infrastructure launch.
