Crucial Expectations & Performance Targets Manage shift operations to consistently hit or exceed target metrics for trailer unloading, item registration, and high-bay stowing, keeping dock congestion to zero. # Receiving Quality & Defect Control: Enforce strict intake inspection standards, ensuring supplier discrepancies, quantity mismatches, damaged packaging, or unreadable barcodes are immediately logged and isolated. # Floor Leadership & Safety: Manage shift scheduling, driver dock handovers,



and operator safety compliance, maintaining high team morale and strict adherence to warehouse health and safety protocols (PRL). # Partner closely with inventory control teams to ensure inbound stock is stowed in full compliance with automated picking profiles, maximizing spatial density across the facility. Inbound & High-Velocity Logistics Competence: Proven operational experience supervising receiving docks, container devanning, and stowing operations within a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment center, 3PL hub, or retail distribution network. # Systems & WMS Literacy: Strong, hands-on experience utilizing advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), pallet-tracking software, RF scanners, and dock scheduling applications. # Professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory to ensure clear operational alignment with international management and fluent direction of local floor staff. # Operational Flexibility: High adaptability regarding shift rotations (including early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts) required to support a 24/7 infrastructure launch.
