- Design and maintain dashboards: Create and optimize interactive visualizations that enable stakeholders to monitor key KPIs in real time
- Exploratory analysis: Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data to answer complex business questions
- Data quality and cleansing:



Ensure data integrity through continuous cleansing and validation processes
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to understand their needs and provide analytical support
- Reporting automation: Optimize recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errorsð§ Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related analytical field
- 2 to 4 years of previous experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and Python for statistical analysis
- English level B2/C1 with the ability to work in international environments
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsð Nice to Have
- Business mindset with the ability to go beyond numbers and provide strategic recommendations
- Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban methodologiesð What We Offer
