Experteer Overview
As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will shape the user-facing experience of Xe’s cross-border platform. You’ll build scalable, high-quality frontend applications and mentor teammates to raise the bar on code quality and architecture. You’ll partner with designers and stakeholders in a fast-moving, collaborative environment to deliver intuitive, accessible interfaces. Your work supports payments and FX capabilities at scale, contributing to a mission-driven team backed by strong backing and real-world impact.

• Build and maintain frontend applications using Vue 3+ and TypeScript
• Architect scalable frontend solutions with clean code practices
• Conduct code reviews and uphold coding standards across the team
• Mentor developers on best practices, architecture, and code quality
• Style and implement responsive interfaces with Tailwind CSS, HTML5, CSS3
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests with Vitest
• Work with Vite and other modern build tools
• Collaborate with designers to translate UX/UI concepts into polished interfaces

• Leverage AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot)

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years building production frontend software
• Proficiency in Vue (3+) or strong experience in React/Angular with desire to switch to Vue
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript
• Strong clean-code habits
• Strong architectural knowledge of frontend architecture and OOP/OOD
• Strong code review skills
• Experience mentoring developers on best practices and code quality
• Experience with modern Tailwind CSS
• Experience writing unit tests with Vitest or Jest
• Understanding of JavaScript build tools and bundlers (Vite/Rollup/Webpack)
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and collaboration with designers
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Open mindset for AI coding tools (Claude Code, Copilot)
• Strong written and verbal communication
