In this role you drive the adoption of Neuraxpharm's digital medical solution for epileptologists and hospitals, supporting profitable growth and high customer satisfaction. You will build and sustain strategic relationships with key accounts and KOLs, collaborating with marketing and medical teams to raise awareness and enable successful launches. You will operate across the healthcare ecosystem to identify opportunities and improve patient outcomes. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Develop and implement a national sales strategy targeting reference hospitals and epileptologists
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, hospital decision-makers, and prescribers
• Achieve sales and profitability targets for the country
• Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to raise awareness of the digital solution
• Monitor market dynamics, competitors, and new business opportunities
• Contribute to projects that increase the value and productivity of the sales team and collaborations in the healthcare ecosystem
Responsabilidades
• 3 years of experience as KAM in Pharma
• 3 years of experience in digital medical device and/or digital health
• Knowledge of epilepsy and neurology is highly desirable
• Experience in digital health or connected medical solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking and relationship management
• Digital health literacy
• Demonstrated ability to leverage digital tools (CRM, analytics) for account management
• Proven track record in patient-centric sales approaches
• Experience in healthcare regulatory and ethical compliance
• Fluent in Spanish and English desirable
