Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead strategic sourcing and procurement efforts for a integral engineering environment, building and optimizing international supplier relationships. You will collaborate with engineering and production teams to match supplier capabilities with internal needs, and you will analyze spend and performance to drive value. This position offers exposure to high-impact projects in a multinational setting and direct interaction with suppliers and stakeholders worldwide. You will contribute to safer, smarter, and more sustainable airport infrastructure while growing professionally within the TK Elevator group.

• Develop and manage international supplier relationships, including negotiation and long-term partnerships
• Lead or coordinate procurement activities across a matrix organization and share best practices
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align supplier offerings with internal requirements
• Produce purchasing reporting and conduct budget/spend analysis
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements via quality processes (corrective actions, audits)
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to support high-impact projects in the airport mobility sector
Responsabilidades
• 5-7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement in technical or industrial environments
• Proven track record in negotiating and building long-term supplier relationships
• Strong analytical skills to translate market trends into sourcing decisions
• Experience leading or coordinating teams and developing people
• Ability to work with engineering and production teams and align requirements with market offerings
• Solid skills in purchasing reporting and budget/spend analysis
• Familiarity with supplier quality processes (corrective actions, audits)
• High level of English (B2/C1)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, autonomous in demanding environments
