You will be part of a technology department that is comprised of a successful and multidisciplinary group of professionals located across the globe – Lisbon, Barcelona, New York, Manchester, Bucharest and India.Product Strategy & RoadmapDefine and regularly update the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and evolving user needsLead the discovery process by conducting market analysis, user research, and gathering stakeholder insights to identify trends and pain pointsCommunicate changes in the roadmap and prioritization reasoning to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignmentProduct Development & Lifecycle ManagementPartner with cross-functional teams—including engineers, researchers, QA analysts, and designers—to translate product requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria focused on authoring solutionsManage the entire product lifecycle from planning through release, ensuring strategic alignment and successful deliveryIdentify and implement improvements to the software development process, accelerating innovation and enhancing product deliveryFoster continual communication across teams to clarify goals, answer questions, and resolve obstaclesAI-Powered Solutions & InnovationEvaluate, implement,
