Working closely with stakeholders across different countries and departments, you will drive project execution, support strategic initiatives, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget.Are you an experienced project manager with a structured approach, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks? YOUR TASKS

Your responsibilities:Maintain and support the Cybersecurity GRC project portfolioPrioritize projects and resources in alignment with business and departmental objectivesSupport the Head of Department in the successful delivery of initiatives and projectsDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirementsLead international project teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration across locationsMonitor project progress, budgets, risks, and quality standardsDevelop and implement mitigation strategies to address project risks and challengesEngage and collaborate with international stakeholders, vendors,



and business partnersEnsure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance requirementsPrepare project documentation, status reports, lessons learned, and final project reviews

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in international environmentsPMP (Project Management Professional) or comparable certification is preferredKnowledge of ISO 27001, Governance frameworks, and ISO Management SystemsKnowledge of ITSM and ITIL practicesExperience in Operational Governance and Risk ManagementProficiency with project management tools and softwareStrong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsAbility to work effectively across different cultures and time zonesStrong problem-solving and team-oriented mindsetA high level of English is required (written and spoken)
