Experteer Overview
As Senior Project Manager in the DELMIA Quintiq Services Team, you lead and deliver customer projects, ensuring value, satisfaction, and successful contract execution. You work closely with clients to address business needs, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and guide project teams across remote, cross-functional groups. You’ll shape SOWs, leverage best practices, and drive risk management to maximize reuse and stakeholder trust. This role offers a chance to impact large-scale software implementations and customer partnerships.

• Coordinate activities and resources to ensure contract execution
• Lead or contribute to the definition of the Statement of Work (SOW)
• Create and manage project plans and scope throughout the lifecycle
• Monitor execution for on-time, quality, and budget, safeguarding baseline and margin
• Manage and guide the project team
• Prepare/update business forecast consistent with information systems
• Identify and communicate new business opportunities during project execution




• Capitalize on deliverables to maximize reuse of Best Practices and create new ones
• Produce lessons learned and drive adoption during project closure

• Identify, evaluate, and communicate project risks; define and monitor mitigation actions
• Manage escalation and senior C-level reporting when needed

Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience of project management in software implementation for external customer
• Ability and proven experience in managing big teams in remote mode
• Leadership qualities and excellent organizational skills
• Professionalism with diverse executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Ability to perform risk analysis, manage budgets and resource planning
• Very good command of English
• Ability to travel a significant part of the business time
