About the Role

We are seeking AV Technicians for live entertainment to oversee and deliver technical support for live entertainment at 4 or 5-star resorts.

This position combines technical skills with hands-on show operation , ensuring seamless execution of sound, lighting, LED screens and show systems for performances, cabaret sets and daytime entertainment activities — all aligned with the high standards of a luxury resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Operate sound, lighting and show control systems for live entertainment

✔ Manage show preparation, soundchecks and troubleshooting to ensure smooth show delivery

✔ Maintain technical equipment and working areas to professional standards

✔ Communicate effectively with the Live Business technical team and production partners

✔ Provide guidance and technical support to other team members

Essential Requirements

✔ 1 + year of experience in live shows, AV operations

✔ Practical experience with sound setups and audio operation





✔ Functional experience with show control systems (experience with QLab is valued; training will be provided )

✔ English proficiency suitable for daily communication

✔ Positive, proactive attitude

✔ Self-employment status and eligibility to work in the EU

( Note: QLab and lighting training are provided, so candidates with foundational exposure but not full mastery are welcome. )
